In fairness, I hadn't heard of this game until now, but if it's safe, popular, growing, and especially if it could be developed into an avenue for fair trading, then it might be worth consideration I don't know if it's been suggested or thought about before, and I don't know enough about the game to make a lot of useful comments. Maybe try to say something more about the game and why a forum might be implemented for it in case it's helpful for your suggestion.

For now, as I have never heard of this game and what would seem like not many people would use it, I am going to vote no.
But if you make a list and it is a decently sized list, I will change my vote.

I've been waiting for this.

The game is fairly unknown to the general pop cause the official release was only on march 19th 2009, even though the beta already started half a year earlier.
At this moment i've read somewhere it has already dethroned WoW in the cathegory F2p>DL's ratio, which is not an inconsidderable feat for an 'unknown' game, and it shows it's growing.
