Just report as spam.. Posts aren't closed here for early bumps, or at least rarely are, they are just reminded of the rule.

Early bumps are also known as spam.
So in any forum that doesn't have an Early Bump button and you see an early bump, just simply report it as spam.
But I suppose, it wouldnt hurt to add it.
