depending on a few things: trader rating, % of warn, join date, amount of fg the user currently has, etc. after receiving fg in a trade you cannot send the fg to anyone for X amount of time, for those who are very trusted it may only be 2 hours, and the new people who recently registered would weight up to 24 hours. this gives enough time to let moderators sort out scams by locking their fg priveledges and reversing the fg back to its original owner. also this would not apply to mediators or moderators, only normal users
if i were to have 800 fg and i received 200 of it i could use up 800 of it but the 200 would not be possible to trade for X amount of time based on trader rating, % of warn, join date, amount of fg i currently have
