The price guides arent set in stone and you dont have to abide by them there just there to give people a helpful suggestion on what to buy and sell items for in case you dont know the general value of what the item is worth.

Market already figures it out, the price guide is used to reflect that. It's not the other way around.

item costs are dependent on supply vs demand..
