mass majority is guild in the list is black circle/ the people were in black circle and all the people from the higher guilds like 1337 and empire and such get put in and as usual they put some random kid in so people don't suspect anything. this is seriously unfair and it has to be changed

The things are right, as they are now.

There is no "low" or "high" guild (well, maybe based on GPs there are, but this means nothing)

They know what to do, and they do it well.

Who can be approved helper? Mod teams decision, not ours.


I never was an approved helper there.

you were one of the people put on the list obviously you want this to stay the same

diff parts of the mod team culd look for helpers like trade assistants and trade moderators not senior and mods

a lot of people not from those guilds get on there.

Members chosen for the helper list are done so without the acknowledgement of guild association. If it seems like some happen to be from certain guilds, maybe it is because the leaders of those guilds recruit members who are already helpful around the site.

altho, i kinda agree with what your saying, i requested to be a helper well over a year ago.
but, i do wish that some of the meds/trusteds would move aside, so other people can help the needy
but also, they are doing a fine job the way it is now, and ofc if im a mod/sr mod runing s/a, i will ofc pick
the people that i KNow for a fact will succede at the job that they have been assigned, no offence but we dont need
random people that think they can handle it to be in there. that honestly only puts more stress on the people incharge there.
