Having more is a privilage, earned only by being a good member to the site.

Junior moderators, TM, TA, etc. Have extended inboxs because they deserve them.

If you have lots of messages which you need to save you can use the Archive feature, or just simply screenshot them.


I have absolutely no problem with emptying my inbox multiple times a day. Voted no.

I have never had too many messages.

Having a limit of 50 helps me delete things I don't need.

You can also create new folders to keep your important messages.

voted no, 50 limit is just fine for regular members.
