Pretty simple, I think it would be cool because many people quit, and don't really have a use for their media slots and/or orbs. For example, if someone quits jsp, they might want to donate their media slot and/or orbs to a friend.
The only negative thing about this that I can think of right now is that the donator might want their media slot/orb(s) back. In that case, the donator didn't make a great decision donating them, and therefore should learn from their mistakes.
