my suggestion is that when you post a new topic there should be a field where you could get the topic too update every 4hour automatically.
and you could turn it off any time you wont.
example when you have got all the items you needed you could just turn it off and it wont update anymore.
in my eyes it would me much easyer cause im a busy boy so dont got time too update my topics :/

Well, if you were that busy.. l doubt you would be able to take 1-3 minutes to make a simple trade.

The forums would be flooded massively as well.
