Hi, hope everyone is doing great.

I noticed, when a jsp user decides to scam, he scams plenty of honnest users.
Before he got locked/scammer'd tag, it takes a time, which the scammer uses to scam other users.

What I suggest (tell me if it's totally useless of bullshit please :D) :

When an user is accused in S/A with some proofs (some s/s which may you think that he scammed) add something behind his "non rated" tag.
I mean :

Trader: Not Rated (SAT)
SAT would stand for "Scammer Accusation Trial"
Yes, crap name, but couldn't think about an other

That would help to warn people, instead of spamming thread in the forums.

If it appears the user didn't scam, just remove the (SAT)

That would save some scams imho.

Honest traders with a SAT,
those that havnt done anything wrong would be frustrated as hell cuz no option anybody will trade with them.
Scammer Accusations is one of the lazyest parts of jsp (after Pricecheck) and a Trial can take ages...

i think is nice like an optional idea...

to protect the community of scamming
but these tags arecrap

the change of tags was discussed 100 times, i dont think it will change
and it would be really hard to newcomers to get some succesful trades like that.
but an idea from me would be that newcomers HAVE to trade with a mediator to avoid getting scammed and to avoid multi accounts that scam other people. but this maybe would chill newcomers because of the slower trading system

Yea but I meant, you add the tag when you have some proofs.
IG s/s and goldlogs. Those are just some proofs.
In s/a they lock when they have like plenty of proofs.
So imho there won't be honnest users with the tag.

Or it would be really rare. But I understand your point of view

Members are innocent until proven guilty. Please use a mediator when trading to avoid scams.

The users gold will get locked as soon as enough proofs are posted.

With this system ppl would abuse it and just make false accusations against useres they disslike etc.

I think it's a good idea.

It takes almost a month to lock some one, enough proof for you is 20 people getting scammed and posting. I go a lot through S/A and one person has enough proof and you still ask for more and wait for more people to get
scammed by that same person...

Is one of my favourite sentence, honnestly, because it's true.
But it's true IRL. What I mean, IRL --> the actions of the guy/girl would be carefully watched.
But on this site, there are too many people you'd have to watch so I think the sentence doesnt apply in here.
BUT OFC --> I didnt mean that everyone is guilty. Just that this sentence makes (imho) no sense in here.

With these you can't tag an 100% innocent user.

That's not true, I've both witnessed and helped friends locking scammers, on first offense!

Voted no btw, this would give a bad rep to innocent guys.
