Well yeah but i was thinking like its really expensive ... and your limited to how many u can buy off ( 3 per acc for example )

No, be good, and you wont get warn.
You get your warn to learn from it, I dont think you will learn, if you can get removal with paying for it.
Would loose the reason why we use the system.

Rich people would get away with death on jsp then.
As Zayl said, be good and follow the rules and you will never have problems with receiving any warns.
