I think ppl have better and faster internet connections now than 6 years ago when forum started, and this 70kb its not too much already.
My Suggestion: double this limit maybe ?
or at least makes summary of avatar (50kb) + sig (70kb) and make it 120 kb for this 2 things and then i can have to wear 15kb ava + 105kb sig.

Some people still use dial up. Some use their cellphones, others like myself use their psp. This would hinder alot of users, so this has a no vote from me.

It is limited because someones are using low internet connection, and if there is high kb picture then for them it load slow.
