I know people who got suspended for posting RickRoll'd Videos so I doubt a RickRoll SubForum would do any good. I voted no.

I vote yes.

There are many Rickroll threads on the forums, and I think having this forum would eliminate a lot of the spam. In fact it would make it easier for the moderators to find the people who are posting Rickrolls.
