During that time period the prices for things may go up, meaning that this person will have relatively less forum gold when they come back. You should have a forum gold bank that gives interest on fg to solve this problem of inflation.

Inflation is caused by economic growth and by money supply.
Since people can buy FG, jsp will be constantly experiencing inflation from an increase in money. Within a year people would have ridiculous amounts of FG based on interest alone.

The current system does make some loss when it comes to D2 but that isn't the only thing fg is used for as currency. You'll just have to absorb the loss.
