So my idea is a loan forum, where, just like other trade forums you MUST do trades there, PM trades are illegal. People essentially say

Iso: Loan

Thread:
Amount Required
Payback date (appx)

These can be mediated?

They will be suppored by the SA section, and the item (must) be something that has resale value (collateral)

As usual, you can not offer loans, but there may be a thread created about it, without a tag of course.

Either a subforum of GH or just given a thread for itself.

Silliest reason for a no ever, barely makes any sense because all it is is giving a suitable reason to create loans, you should really think before you post.

having mediators involved is a silly reason in general.
shouldnt be mediators, but for someone to be considered guilty, you'd need a thread to prove them guilty.

you can get someone locked for not returning a loan, but its very hard to do without any real proof.

bad idea. scams galore.

I don't see how this can be mediated.
