There are many topics with people who traded an item where the seller claims the item is perm. And suddenly it poofs. No matter how much screens, vouches etc that the buyer has nothing can be proved and it always ends with that some mod sais that "Nothing can be proved, only trade with people you trust". That's why i think trading with duped items should be considered an illegal trade.

No, If duped items became illegal to trade, There would be no runes/jewels in stock.
It would result in more harm then help. Buying a known duped item is at your own risk.
