Hi!

Dragon1324 and i just talked about some threads, where e.g. people search for a song, someone posts the song, and a lot of people go in and spam for their "+1".. to reduce this we figured out, that it would be useful to add the "Close Thread" function to the topic-starter. So he/she can close the topic to avoid useless spamming and/or flaming.
