Until recently we have had a general chat thread for the whole Graphic Design Section.

In my oppinion this was a good thing. It kept all the OT in 1 place and let the community discuss things not necessarily related to graphics design.

There is a general chat section, but that is full of far worse spam than the GD cheat thread was.

A huge amount of the GD regulars are in Design Inc, the rest are in m8s or Chicken And Rice and the such.


That thread was really just a combined guild discussion thread, in a different section, as most the GFXers do not frequent any of the other sections and it is easier.

I believe if we are not allowed our thread then the other guilds shouldn't be allowed their discussion threads, as it is exactly the same thing.

Yes, there is nothing wrong with the chat, but there is something wrong with these new faces who come in like they own the place. No, it's not official 'good morning' chat.
