I believe this is far outdated and is negatively effecting trading in US WEST NON-LADDER trading.

It won't really make a difference. If you PM Shak, he may try to update it, but they are a lot of work. Chances are if you just PM a Mod, they'll agree and take it down.

outdated price guides in other realm have been removed when they became no longer helpful.
pming the author or trade mod might work.

This is Noobinator's range as far as I know. PM he, and he will make the required steps imo.
