if you hold down DOWN key , you must not click, but for me is not comfortable, cuz its too short distance beetwen MOUSE and KEYS.
IMO:

~There is an OLD "WASD" combination, so, my suggestion is, that use S button as DOWN button.

-> it will be MORE COMFORTABLE for all!

This suggestion imo will be on of the few where the poll is an important factor.

Voted yes. In example with mage its really annoying to switch between equip. Q to Weapon (cata leech with healing), E to Charm (attack), and A to Acc-charm (heal),
and after that move to Down button. :|

Yea -- I don't play often, but I can see why this should be implemented.

or you can set up the keys. so wich key you want to hold down as like you clicking

btw. i mentioned 2 ppl added no without any reason.

y cuz down arrow is hard to play

S for Slash? anyway it's nice to play without moving my left hand between weapon/charm hotkeys and auto attack hotkey.
