make sections in diablo II for general talk about uswest or useast so meds dont keep closing every thread cuz its not related to trading

diablo ii general talk does not depend on realm usually... and if it does, you can mention that in your topic title / description.
and besides that - i dont think it would reduce the spam in the trading grounds
