I noticed that when a topic is closed it is sent to the top of the top 50 most recent posts. this encourages people to read the closed topic, thereby discouraging one of the original purpose of closing it in the first place. I suggest that instead, when a topic is closed, it is sent to some position below the top 50. This would help a lot in reducing phishing or links to keyloggers.

If there is a link to a phishing or keylogger. Once it's closed 99% of the time, it'll be removed anyways.

When a post is just closed (not posted in and closed at the same time) the post will not move, It does not get sent to the top.

This also will not be changed so that closed topics don't show in the top 50.
