Maybe it could br used to better use? Ppl only interpret warn as spam, or maybe this site could come up with a completely new bar under the trader status and mods could be able to slap 10-however many a mod sees necessary if a users name pops up in the sa multiple times.. Just to warn traders who may not have seen the accusatons in sa? Can be removed when everything is resolved.. Idk, i think it could create a more defensive trading community

Scammers will get Scammer tags - It is innocent until proven guilty here.

This is not needed and can be abused. The current system works because warns are added at mod discression and are normally for spam/flames etc.

imo, a bar with 10% for each current accusation against them would be a good idea

Anyone can post a topic and mar a good trader's rep. If someone is feeling uncomfortable about a trade they can use a mediator.
