In your pm box, there as an option to toggle PM's as "Important". What it does is make the message title in your inbox italics.

Usually even if I mark PM's as important I still don't notice them, and end up deleting them when I hit the "select all" and delete them.

My suggestion:
Make it so that PM's that are marked as "Important" don't get selected when you hit the "select all" button.

Or atleast make the important pm's more noticable, like red instead of italics.

I agree, red would be a lot better than italics.

Yea, I first noticed it myself not too long ago.

OR... stand back this is going to get CRAZY! ...

YOU COULD CREATE A FOLDER NAMED "IMPORTANT", and move the messages there...

Still, it leaves the "important message" feature to stay virtually useless.

The auto non-click feature is a good idea imo. Voted yes.

The idea on making them red isn't a good idea though. Certain page displays will interfere with that.. Also it's been suggested before and declined.
