Okay, What Im thinking we can have done. Is when a person gets a thread closed for early bumping or anything that would be breaking the rules it should be recorded. Recorded so only members with the powers to close them can see ofc. And when that person who is breaking rules over and over gets to a certain # of closed threads, they get a warning.

The trade forum are just outragously getting abused. It makes it much harder for people that obey the rules to trade. I think with this rule enforced it will eliminate alot of people that break the rules.

It's a daily subject here, and if it can be implemented, why not.

If people would stop spamming the trade forums with retarded nonsense, there would be no need for early bumping.Better yet, split the sub-forums even further into sections of items.
rings and ammys in one, charms in another, ect. Do that and we wouldn't find our post on page 3 after 30 seconds.

Yeah, let's have subforums within those subforums for FC rings, meelee rings, rings with resists, wouldn't that be great?

On topic: Sounds like a good idea, why not.

Why the hostility? There is actually alot of games that have what I said implemented. You separate the different types of items into different area, is produces less early bumping and more first page time. Along with it being easier for people buying items to find what they need quickly and easily.

I believe that this would pose a potential for abuse. For example, a user illegally offering G Uber services in a partcular realm would now have multiple forums in which to post, making enforcement of the D2jsp trade rules asymmetrical and more difficult. Also take into account that many items that are listed with trade finder information are improperly designated, perhaps as a tactic to attract greater exposure. Moreover, what would happen to ISO and FT threads where multiple items are featured? Their posters would have an incentive to post on each additional boards since they pertain to the same realm and overall target audience.

To the TA/TMs: I tried to address a potential issue arising from the suggestion at hand, and while this does not pertain directly to the original post, please do not consider this off-topic. Discussions aren't always linear, so before your mouse makes a B-line to the thread closure button, please think about this and Falendar's posts in relation to the idea at large.
