Well I was thinking.
There could be a report post option in general help saying "need help"
Could be useful for times when a person with 70% warn needs a warn removal. Someone can report it and use the" need help" option

It's not necessary IMO. I don't see a problem with them posting and waiting for a mod to look at it. Besides, warn removals from users with 70%+ warns isn't exactly high priority.
