just report the violations and move on.

if you see the same member violating rules again and again, collect the links and send them to a member with mod privileges in the forum (trade moderator / trade assistant in trade forums, moderator / junior moderator in other forums).

it works.
use the report function. if members are reporting the same rule again and again, send the links to a moderator of the forum.
keep the links and visit the threads after some time... you will see that it works wink.gif

anyway, this suggestion will lead to nothing wink.gif
it is not up to regular members to decide who gets a trusted tag or not. or who becomes moderator or not.

just report them and move on, there is nothing more you can do.

moderators are too busy to notice "not reported" violations.
you must report all of those posts before complaining.
i'm sometimes surprised nobody else has reported those obvious spam, early bump or other illegal trades until i do. sleep.gif

no - because moderators will not check every thread for violations if nobody reports. the more violations get reported, the more will be taken care of. the problem is not that there are not enough moderators - the problem is that there are not enough members who report violations.

Mediators are appointed upon earning the tag.

It is not up to regular users who becomes a mediator.

Suggestions regarding more mediators and/or moderators have been suggested numerous times and are always rejected, as seen in these posts :
