When reporting a scam, we are asked to provide a s/s of the screen which has the game name and the pw, we have sent to the guy
who scammed us.It's impossible to prove it unless, we got a reply back from the scammed.

My suggestion remove that requirement fro the Scammer's Report.

It's good how it is imo.

always use a mediator if you really wish to prevent scam.

you can save a "sent copy" by checking "Save a Copy of this Message in my Sent folder" option.
original pm screenshot is a must, therefore you should be as careful as to keep it if you don't request mediator.

please use a mediator to avoid to get scammed.
pms are needed as proof same as ingame screenshots are.
