___ Suggestion about the "Scammers Tagged" people ___

People that are tagged as a Scammer do not deserve a second chance.
They are not for nothing tagged as a scammer. What do you think if Ban them immediately?
85% (possible more) of the people that are scammer-tagged do not repay their scams.
Most time they're flaming/spamming, so what's the reason of them, being 'active' on this forum?

Maybe we could make a "Dispute Forum " where they can post if they want to repay their scams.
They can post there without registering, and the post will be appear after a mod has reviewed it.

Every one deserve's a second chance, even if they did scam, if people dont repay there scams and show no interest of doing eventually they will get banned.
Id also like to where the 85% figure cam from, Many of the locked users are willing to repay there scams and do.
And if they post in the "dispute forum" with out registering how are we going to know who they are and what they scammed?
Lets just stick to why am i locked.

in germany, even murderers that killed 20 people will get a second chance after ~25 years of prison
and 99% of them behave good after it.

in d2jsp its basically the same.
and if you ban them, they will just create a new multi.

Plus! What if someone was hacked/keylogged and someone scammed on there account?
What if that person was you, wouldnt you want a second chance. There is no proof that it was your or the keylogger at all.

Well, I'm scammertagged because of a mistake - if I don't have acces to anything I couldn't get in touch with Paul lol.

instead of banning htem for good...THEY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM MAKING THREADS....THEY SHOULD STILL HAVE PM ACCESS TO "PAY BACK DEBTS OWED" BUT SHOULD ONLY BE ABLE TO POST THREADS IN CERTAIN FORUMS (TRADING THREADS THEY HAVE NO USE IN OTHER THAN SPAM IMO)

Then they should be banned for posting in Tradeforums while they are scammertagged ?
