Yes, the stupid "longcat" picture. Someone recently posted it in one of my blogs. The picture takes FOREVER to load, it slows my computer down A LOT, it takes up like the WHOLE screen so you can't even see half the posts, it takes you like 5 hours to scroll down. So yes, I think that if you post "long cat" it should be taken as inappropriate post content, and a 10% to the person.
