Because of the amount of people going out of their way to incite flames, I feel this is necessary.

These are a few meanings for the word trolling.
I'm sure you can all see them everywhere on this forum, and more appear every day because they can.
Let's try to take away that reasoning, because trolling is generally not outright flaming, just leading on to it.
