new to jsp, what does it mean whens oemone says free bump?

If you bump your topic you get it on page 1 .

I take it you mean when a friend bumps for a person so it doesnt violate the early bump policy. Bumps are when you post to get your topic up.

Btw since your new direct you next questions to the general help forum, not site suggestions
