In Runescape there is a lending feature. It's actually part of the game. I understand the issue of lending for FG, becuase you could scam.

My question is why lending for ingame cash illegal? Theres 100% no way of scamming the person if you do it in the trade window. You set the ammount of time you lend it for. There is no way of getting it back until the time is up.

Why do they ban an in game feature? It's actually PART of the game.

What do I need to do to prove this and get it over turned?

They see it as a "service" and you can only offer services with a Trusted Tag / Mediators tag.
