I was on myspace and thinking about how they have that little music player that when you go to someones myspace page it has a song they picked start playing when you go to there page.

I think that would be a great add-on for our profile here on jsp. Make it so members can either upload songs to there profile or get the song from a list here on the site or something like that. Maybe make it like the youtube slots where you have to pay fg to get them such as pay 500fg and get something like that in your profile.

Just an idea but i think it would be a cool add on i mean we have videos in our profile why not have a music player or something.

Maybe also add one for guild charter pages too.

sure for the guild charters but i think the youtube slot is good enough for the profile atm
and i believe this has been suggested before and denied fast by many
but i think its a good idea for charters

Ya i mean even if its just for the guild charters that would still be a cool thing to have.

I still think it would be cool for profiles because of the fact that it helps make everyones account a little more different and show more about the person. Thats just one of the things i like about this site is that you can express yourself by making your account different from everyone elses.

wouldn't njaguar have to get the rights for all the songs uploaded/played on this site? and im sure that would cost a lot...

no, d2jsp is not myspace. and i dont want to hear music i dont like when i visit guild charters or user profiles.
and i think there would be some serious copyright problems.
and it would hurt the site load.

i only would like the idea if you would have to hit a "play" button when you visit a profile (like youtube videos - they dont start without hitting the play button).

This would be cool.

D2jsp isn't a blog site, although there is a blog forum, this site is base on video gaming.

Use myspace or facebook if you want music on your profile IMO.

I like to listen to music whilst browsing, and this would be very annoying to have cross-over music when looking at someones profile.
I totally agree with the charter music though.
