People who are locked will have their multi banned once it is created. Therefore they use proxies to bypass it. Unless they use proxies, their accounts will be banned soon after registration. There is a way however to prevent proxies from working. When I was in Highschool, I would use a proxy to login my account because the school blocked D2Jsp. What I noticed was I couldn't edit my signature when I used the proxy because that little button you click to edit the signature wouldn't work. I think it is programmed in Java or something which NO PROXIES can bypass. I would click that button using a proxy and nothing happens. If somehow someway Njaguar would code the SUBMIT REGISTRATION Button so that it would act like the edit signature button, people behind proxies will not be able to register.
