I think that anyone should offer services without getting thier thread locked, there are no more trusted people offering services and people still need them.
Ever since the ban there has not been a trusted leveling service posted and never see any trusted member answering to the threads.

At least till a trusted leveling/grush service is back up or even after that others should be able to offer the service

that was suggested many times and like always the answer will be no

There has already been multiple suggestions about this, its to reduce & prevent scams, you can always reply in threads that are ISO them without a tag anyways. If you wish to run this still add a poll although none of the others have gotten anywhere.

it's pretty hard to verify someone completed the service, as you typically can take a s/s of a item transaction in-game
