The idea is fairly self-explanatory so I think I will begin by jumping straight into the Q&A. Yes, you there in the back,
  • [Q] Why is this needed?
[A] D2jsp members are awarded Trusted tags based on the website's need for active workers. D2jsp trade assistants, mediators, and site administrators are the management-level authorities who are tasked with this website's smooth operation in day-to-day activities. D2jsp Trusted tag members are the only ones who are allowed to offer services, but too few of them do so because it is not the basis for their selection as forum managers. By the time many site members are awarded their Trusted tag they no longer have a need to aggressively earn forum gold, eliminating their motivation to offer services despite the fact that no one else legally can.

  • [Q] Why should the D2jsp administrative council care about G Ubers or G rushes?
[A] Besides the fact that illegally offered services are some of the most frequent violations in any D2jsp trade forum, the community has shown an overwhelming interest in participating in these activities. Evidence of that is the mere fact that G Uber operations were legalized by njaguar due to popular pressure from the community. Furthermore, it would create a separate channel for the legal flow of goods and services, which increases the size of the virtual economy and ultimately, the amount of money that Mr. Taulborg gets from forum gold transactions.

  • [Q] How would this be comparatively advantageous to say, simply designating more Trusted tags?
[A] The perks and responsabilities which would go with Service tag ownership would not be the same as those granted by Trusted or Mediator tag ownership. A Services tag would simply allow an honest and well-known D2jsp member to legally offer services, no other Trusted tag ownership benefits would be bestowed on this user (the ability to warn fellow D2jsp members, to close threads, the expanded inbox space, etc.). Too many chefs in the kitchen do indeed spoil the porridge, but one chef can never have too many souschefs to help them.

  • [Q] What process would govern the selection of S-tag members if they won't have the same responsabilities?
[A] The D2jsp administrative council should decide where to set the standard for Service tag membership, but I imagine that it would require a vetting process similar to that needed to access the Donor Forums. Perhaps a model similar to the distribution of taxi cab medallions would be suitable, perhaps not, it really depends on the comfort level of the council with the vetting procedure that they decide upon. Moreover, a Service tag owner would need to have demonstrated that their services are in demand, not simply a service generally. Active G Uber runners with established and good reputations, for example, would be prime targets for selection. Service tags should be awarded until the supply meets the demand.

  • [Q] Wouldn't this create an additional liability for D2jsp?
[A] No it would not. The vetting process would ensure that Service tag members have a history of running service operations and above all, that they understand and abide by the current D2jsp rules, regulations, and bylaws. Scam accusations against trade moderators are not unheard of, and likewise, I expect that someone D2jsp members would try to abuse the system by attempting to blemish the reputation of Service tag owners. The proper review and disciplinary aparatus already exists to explore these claims and it would not be surprising if, like scammer accusations against Trusted D2jsp members, they would fail under scrutiny. Because documenting the delivery of services is more easily accomplished than proving that a duped item has poofed, false accusations would be even more easily exposed.

  • [Q] So where are my free cookies?
[A] Err, umm... look behind you!

Although i do like how much work and information you have put into this. I still voted no.
This is because You can offer services When someone makes a post asking for it.

This has been brought up many times before and the reason it was shot down so many times
is because it is too easy to scam when offering services. Nothing can really be prooven and usually the scammer
get's away with it

Of course accusations can be proven or disproven by the evidence. If you trade with someone and later suspect yourself to have been scammed, you have no recourse if you did not properly document the transaction before the point of sale. Screenshots with timestamps would be all that's required to substantiate a claim. It would be even easier to resolve disputes because, so long as the proper documentation exists, there isn't a question of a loose item to take into account (for example, when one party claims that an item "poofed"). I do not accept that it would not be possible to prevent scamming, D2jsp already has the appropriate regulatory mechanisms in place to tackle exchanges of goods and by extension, services as well. The reason that D2jsp users get away with scamming services is because D2jsp refuses to acknowledge them. G Uber sessions are undertaken solely at the user's own risk, but it would not be difficult to prove a scam. However without the possibility of redress, gathering substantive evidence is futile to begin with.

This is besides the point, it's too much work for njaguar and any idea that requires an effort seems to be automatically pidgeon-holed. What is the focus is whether or not this should occur, not if it actually will.
