At first the main idea is from Gary and few member of Desolate Carnage.
Basicly is to add more time to the flood control when you have too many warn.
Exemple:

50% warn, 60 Seconds
60% warn, 120 Seconds
70% warn, 180 Seconds
80% warn, 240 Seconds
90% warn, 300 Seconds
100% warn, no more posts.

Note: the time is up to the admins (Njaguar, Gary)
This may help for the mass spam and early bump you can find in the trading ground.

For the normal spammers = Yes this would be good, they basically cant do the mass spamm anymore. And maybe they think about to lower their warns
and relax a while.

For the multi accounts spammers = Wouldnt really matter for them since they only make new multi accounts to spamm, but they will do that anyway even if this will implented or not.

And yeah if you have got so much like 50%-90% warn, then you really dont take any responsible for your warns, so yes then you deserve the post delay.
