Okay, basically, a lot of people like to have nice blogs without it being spammed out. I know i do, so here is what i came up with.

Read only: Submits into the public section, and still accessable from the users blog section in profile, but nobody can post in it.
Public: Normal blogs like we have now.
Private: Only people on your friends list can read + Post in them, similar to our photo albums currently.

I never understood why people make blogs for reasons other than blogging, for example listing people who sent you donations, etc. I don't think it's necessary, you can always PM a mod if your topic is getting spammed.

You can PM them to have the blogs closed as well, but sometimes people like to post and show things without having other people post.
For example, someone could make a read only blog from my suggestion, and it would bump it up to the first page of the blogs, and people could view it
without getting there +1's which always happens in every blog.
