It would be fun to have like buttons on threads, example in the trophy, you could look for the most liked one.

A dislike button would be awesome too with it.

No, Its been suggested many times in the past and has always been declined. There's an ability for abuse with these types of things (rep, likes, etc.), not to mention the fact that this is Jsp - not Facebook.
