When you say you have enough turkish users to have yourown sub-forum, on what grounds to you base your assumption?
Or was that just a wild guess? Or overflow of national pride?
Make a LIST of turkish users! Or forget about it.

Btw: that guy was speaking bulgarian and not russian, you should know that. They are your neighbours after all.
