I've voted for this before, I don't see why not.

I will vote yes to this suggestion. The number of people in any price check forum that don't realize, or respect, the 12-hour bump rule is astronomical. Having a report button for such users and their threads would, in time, reduce the number of early bumps as threads get closed, and users start realizing, and respecting, said rule.
