10% = +0 = 30 wait
20% = +15 = 45 wait
30% = +15 = 45 wait
40% = +30 = 60 wait
50% = +60 = 90 wait
60% = +90 = 120 wait
70% = +130 = 150 wait
80% = +150 = 180 wait
90% = +180 = 210 wait
100% = unable to post

For the multi accounts spammers = Wouldnt really matter for them since they only make new multi accounts to spamm, but they will do that anyway even if this will implented or not.
And yeah if you have got so much like 50%-90% warn, then you really dont take any responsible for your warns, so yes then you deserve the post delay.
