If you pay for something it would make sense that you should be able to delete if you like. However the key word is sense. IMO there's not much sensible to how jsp is run.

i think its a NO, i think there just shouldnt be a COST to transfer guilds, thats just stupid, easy enough to make someone else the leader if they would just allow it, and every other game or forum that has a guild has a FEATURE for this, which also covers the even a leader gets banned, locked, or whatever
