Don't be discouraged by others talking down to you. To further explain in short detail.... users who have been tagged and proven as scammers have a plethora of privileges that are removed. Some you know about....some people don't know about. While we want to punish them accordingly.... we also want them to stick around and eventually pay back for their scams instead of just leaving the site entirely. Furthermore, the donor forum is more of a Paul and Kevin thing. It's not black and white. There should not be a set in stone criteria for removal. Every case is different.
