Majority of locked users have a strong animosity towards the staff of this forum. If they were given the ability to report threads, they would abuse it and report everything. Thus making d2jsp mod teams job even harder. I do not see this changing anytime soon. If you really need to report something, pm a trade assistant or trade mod with it. I do not see any reason as to why locked users can't report threads. Taking away that right really doesn't help the site at all. Most locked users probably don't even care if they can or can't report threads, but i do. I plan on using the site for trading sometime from now when i get unlocked. I think for users like me it would help a little to be able to report posts and threads to help keep the site clean. Let me know what you think.
