votes yes this is an amazing idea... maybe not as drastic as you stated maybe from 10-30 5 seconds extra then from 40-50 15 seconds extra... or incriments like that that arent too extreme but subtle enough to make a point

I love how a medi.. the guy that probally never had a 10% posted this.

But what im saying is.. it'll just make spam even worse. So they can make the point.
Meaning more pornographic spam i'd assume

I don't like it. Not everyone's warn is from spamming and posting every 30 seconds. And if someone did get warned for spamming every 30 seconds, they can just spam every 40 seconds instead.
