Reason: You should only lend out forum gold to someone who you trust or to someone who you deem being "trustworthy". Even then you should get some collatoral(dont know how its spelled) so that you wont be left with nothing in the long run. Scamming a loan shouldnt be illegal bcuz then the s/a team would be in an even more pile of work at their feet.

if you say no, iso a unique answer as to why... i've heard the same reason about 10x times and it's kind of irrelivant to the reasoning behind the suggestion because any person "trustworthy" can run off with 1+++++k fg you loan them... it's happened hundreds of times.

Haha there is much difference with "scamming" a IRL bank for a loan and scamming a loan on jsp.
Its bad making a example on IRL thing and jsp.

I mean i would never lend out FG to a user on jsp i dont know, even if he offers 50% extra FG. If you have lend out FG its your own misstake to trust him and not pay back. I only lend out FG to friends which i know can pay back and i dont need em back in like one week. They can take their time because i trust em and know they will pay back when they have time.

It is a form of scamming so it definitely should be made illegal but I can also see the argument that you should only loan fg to people you trust 100%.
