No for me, now every scammer w/o PAuls aproval will be able to change his name for fg, its better to do it when its aproved...

you cant use your gold when your scammer tagged anyways.. and if the person is a known scammer and is not locked then i see nothing wrong with him being able to change his name? no one has taken any action to lock him or put up an SA of him.
