Terrible idea. I'm totally against users who always change there text when posting in threads. This just causes problems when viewing there posts with different styles.

This would just make it easier for them to do so and more so adding to the number of users who do it.

Opera has this wonderful feature called Notes. With it, you can do exactly things like this (and more).

Highlight/select the preset text you like, right click, Copy to Note.

Then, in a new message, right click, Copy from Note -> Select the one you created prior.

Done!
