the block feature is there for easily accessible utility; the use of the feature is to be determined at the user's discretion

absolutely not. with the massive number of people that use this website only to pester other users because they dont get any attention in their real lives i have no interest in making it any easier for that type of person to follow around certain users just to quote their recent posts and say something stupid just to get noticed. theres entirely too much of that going on without consequence as it is.. theres no reason to increase it
